We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Blackboard ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.

How can I track the status of my delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also track your order directly through your Blackboard account dashboard.
